Cancellation Policy - We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Our SMS reminders are sent out 48 hours before your booking date to enable you to confirm or cancel. We regularly turn clients away in busy periods and no shows/late cancellations are a loss of income to the business. We do understand life happens so please call us to discuss exceptional circumstances. No shows and cancellations on the day will result in 100% charge for service. This will need to be paid prior to future bookings. Repeat no shows or late cancellations may result in a request for full prepayment of bookings which will be forfeited in the event of another no show.

Arrival time - Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to ensure we can provide you with a full service. We need a few minutes to check you in, complete new client paperwork if online forms have not been completed and for a bathroom break if needed. Arriving late may result in reduced appointment time if there is an appointment immediately after yours.

Accompanying Children/guests -To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

What to wear - All clients will be required to wear underwear during massage services. Comfortable gowns are available for use during facial treatments. Open toed shoes or slip on thongs/slides will be required if having natural nail polish during a pedicure to avoid damaging the polish.

Group or double bookings - we have a treatment room suitable for double bookings, a second treatment room plus our lounge area that can accommodate group bookings for facial, massage, wellness and nail services. Please provide maximum notice for double or group bookings to ensure we have staff and rooms available to meet your needs.
